About Gem Glass Corn:
This is probably the single most beautiful rainbow-colored corn ever grown. The late Oklahoma farmer, Carl Barnes, crossed Pawnee miniature popcorns with an Osage red flour corn and another Osage corn called “Greyhorse” to produce this flint corn; used for cornmeal and flour.
